Frequently Asked Questions

  • I design florals for full- service weddings, partial service weddings, elopements, dinner parties, brand events, and other meaningful gatherings throughout the Hudson Valley and beyond. My work ranges from full-scale event design to intimate celebrations and creative floral styling. If you have something unique in mind, I’d love to hear about it!

  • Although, I am based in the Hudson Valley, I do weddings in a variety of areas and will travel.

  • At Fleur and Forage, we don’t just design flowers- we design how a space feels. Every floral element is considered as part of the full atmosphere, from the ceremony backdrop to the smallest table detail. My goal is to create environments that feel immersive, personal, and emotionally resonant, so couples and guests don’t just see the flowers- they experience them.

  • I offer a few different levels of floral service depending on the type and scale of your event.

For weddings and larger gatherings, my Full Service floral design begins at a minimum investment of $8,000. This includes custom design planning, seasonal sourcing, delivery, on-site installation, and breakdown. This level of service allows me to fully shape the floral atmosphere of a space with thoughtful, cohesive details. Click here for more info: https://fleurandforage.co/services

For more intimate celebrations or clients who need personal flowers and select arrangements, I offer an A La Carte option beginning at $2,500. A La Carte florals are ideal for smaller-scale events that don’t require full installation but still benefit from an artful, design-forward approach.

I also design florals for dinner parties, brand events, and creative styling projects. Investment for these varies based on scope, floral volume, and on-site needs.

If you’re unsure which option fits your plans, I’m always happy to guide you.

  • My process is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to each client. We begin with a conversation about your vision, priorities, and the feeling you want your event to have. From there, I develop a floral concept that reflects your style while honoring seasonality and the natural movement of blooms. Throughout the process, I handle the design details so you can feel supported and at ease.

  • The best way to get in touch is through my inquiry form, where you can share details about your event and floral needs. I’ll review everything and respond as soon as possible. I can’t wait to hear what you’re planning.
